10 year old CPA firm, with offices in Boardman, Ohio, Sharon, PA and Meadville, PA acquires a full service human resource firm to assist small to medium sized companies.  West Middlesex based Premier HR, which provided recruiting and retention services, employment practice solutions, and benefits consulting.  Founder and President, Lisa Marcucci believes that the integration of her company along with the full range of accounting and business advisory services at The Dolan Group, will enable the firm to serve clients whom are not large enough to staff for full time HR and add value to those that do.

Marcucci will drive the HR services at the firm as Director in the Business Advisory Unit.  Possessing a B.S. in Human Resource Management along with her M.B.A., she has achieved the credential of Professional in Human Resource Certification (PHR).  Lisa is a regional and national member of the Society for Human Resources Management nd Western Pennsylvania Association and Coalition for Women.  Marcucci served 9 years active duty in the Air Force and resides in West Middlesex with her husband and three daughters.

Dolan's team of 30 professional staff includes CPA's, Tax Specialists, Forensic Investigator, Business Valuation Analysts, and most recently, experienced Business Advisors.
