The Dolan Group has one of the most aggressive continuing education programs in the industry. Our staff members participate annually in many professional continuing education seminars and classes, providing our clients with the benefit of the highest degree of knowledge and expertise. They also volunteer for various noteworthy non-profit organizations as well as serving on community boards.

Nicholas J. Pici, CPA, Managing Partner has been with The Dolan Group since 1997. Nick’s main responsibilities include managing the day to day operations as well as client relationships. Nick also oversees the firm’s technology which has brought various recent advances including the utilization of an Internet based Remote Access System, the replacement of traditional workstations with “WinTerms” and the application of Satellite Cards to allow fast access to the firm’s network from anywhere in the world.

Nick graduated summa cum laude from Slippery Rock University, Slippery Rock, Pa. where he earned a bachelors degree in business administration. Nick also earned several honors and awards including the coveted “Excellence In Accounting Studies” award two years in a row, a tribute presented by the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Nick’s community commitment was recently demonstrated when he presented Slippery Rock University with a $5,000 check and pledge to sponsor an accounting scholarship in the name of The Dolan Group. Nick continues to be involved in other organizations such as the “Courage to Comeback” awards that are distributed annually by the Sister’s of St. Joseph Church, Erie, Pa.

Nick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Nick is a Pittsburgh native who has lived and worked in the Shenango Valley for over ten years. He currently resides in Howland Township located in Warren Ohio with his wife, Marian and has two daughters.

Sarah is a Partner at The Dolan Group. Along with her management responsibilities she also works with our corporate clientele providing planning, auditing and accounting services, as well as business consulting. In addition she oversees the software training area.

Sarah majored in accounting at Slippery Rock University, Slippery Rock, Pa. graduating with a bachelor’s in business administration.

Sarah, originally from Knox, Pennsylvania resides in Fredonia, Pa. She volunteers for the United Way and the American Heart Association. Sarah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysis.

Randy’s work experiences include employment at Louis Plung and Company, Pittsburgh, Pa, Yannuzzi, Spence & Company, Wexford, Pa. and McGill, Power, Bell and Associations, Meadville, Pa. He possesses an understanding of the audit and taxation of manufacturing; construction; tool & die; automotive and various professional industries.

Randy continues to work with an array of business clients regarding auditing and taxation. He also offers business consulting as well as overseeing the installation and training of QuickBooks and Peachtree at the Meadville office.

Randy graduated summa cum laude from Robert Morris University Pittsburgh, Pa. with a bachelors of science in business administration/accounting and a minor in computer information systems.

He serves as the treasurer of Crawford County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Inc. and is a member of the finance committee of First Christian Church, Meadville, Pa. Randy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Randy and his wife reside in Meadville with their two children.

Brad is a Partner at The Dolan Group. In addition to his managerial duties Brad offers our clientele his vast knowledge relating to the planning and executing of audits, reviews and compilations. Brad is also the resident expert of Great Plains software, an accounting program used by several of his clients.

Prior to joining The Dolan Group, Brad worked as the accounting manager for Mountaineer Racetrack & Gaming Resort, Chester, WV where he supervised the general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control and payroll departments. Along with his managerial responsibilities Brad was responsible for the completion of all of the company’s financial activity and SEC reporting as well as participating in strategic planning budgeting and actual operation reviews.

Brad served as a supervisor at Packer, Thomas & Company a CPA firm based in Youngstown, Oh. prior to his employment at Mountaineer. He was responsible for providing accounting service to a diverse client base along with playing a part in the recruiting and evaluation efforts for entry level staff members.

Brad graduated with honors from Youngstown State University, Youngstown, Oh. with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He received the honor of the Accounting Student of the Year Award voted on by the faculty members.

Brad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), and The Institute of Management Accountants. He volunteers for the Angels for Animals, Junior Achievement and the United Way.

Brad makes his home in Poland, OH. with his wife and two daughters.
